Today I thought I would write about something so important and serious as a matter of fact. I think it’s something people don’t realise because if you don’t look after number one then you can wear yourself into the ground. You have to be happy and sometimes that might mean things like quitting a job or cutting a toxic friendship off etc however if you are going to be happy in the long run you have to do these things sometimes!
I thought I would share a few of my top tips for self care and how important it is. I hope you enjoy ☺️
Some ideas for self care are-
• take some time out of social media
• go for a walk
• go meet up with a friend or family member whoever makes you happy
• go for some food
• listen to some music
• write down a list of what makes you happy
• snuggle up in front of the tv
• have a nothing Day where all you do is chill
Sometimes we need to take time out for ourselves so we don’t wear ourselves thin. And we need to remember that whether you think you are wrong or you think you are right both is correct. You are enough and you are stronger than you think. You was put on this planet for a reason, and just because your having a bad day doesn’t mean it’s a bad life.
